Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

My Persona is a platform designed exclusively to facilitate lawful content creation, brand collaborations, and voluntary financial support of content creators. The Platform is operated as a strictly Safe-For-Work ("SFW") environment and is not intended, directly or indirectly, for adult content, sexual services, or any other activity that violates applicable law, regulatory requirements, or the standards of the Company's payment processing partners.

This Policy is established to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, financial regulations, and the policies of the Company's payment processors. All Users are required to adhere to this Policy as a condition of access to and continued use of the Platform.

2. Safe-For-Work (SFW) Content Requirement

Users may not upload, share, promote, distribute, or monetize any content that is:

• •Sexual, pornographic, or intended or likely to cause sexual arousal.
• •Suggestive, explicit, or sexually oriented in nature, regardless of whether nudity is depicted.
• •Related to fetish activity or sexually exploitative of any individual.
• •Intended to solicit, facilitate, or promote sexual services of any kind.

This restriction applies universally to all content and communications on the Platform, including without limitation:

• •All user-generated content, including images, video, audio, and written material.
• •Profile images, bios, usernames, and display information.
• •Direct messages, comments, and other communications between Users.
• •Paid collaborations, sponsored content, and tipping activity.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform, directly or indirectly, to engage in, promote, assist, or facilitate any of the following activities:

3.1 Illegal Activities

• •Any violation of applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• •Fraud, theft, identity theft, or any form of deceptive practice.
• •Money laundering, terrorist financing, or transactions involving sanctioned individuals or entities.

3.2 Financial Misconduct

• •Circumventing or manipulating the Platform's payment systems, fee structures, or financial controls.
• •Conducting or facilitating fraudulent transactions or unauthorized payment manipulation.
• •Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes not supported by a legitimate, good-faith claim.
• •Misrepresenting the nature, value, or recipient of any transaction or service.

3.3 Intellectual Property Violations

• •Uploading, distributing, or monetizing content without proper ownership rights or authorization.
• •Infringing upon or misappropriating any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any third party.

3.4 Harmful or Abusive Conduct

• •Harassment, intimidation, threats, or any form of bullying directed at any individual or group.
• •Hate speech or content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• •Promotion, glorification, or facilitation of violence, self-harm, or harm to others.

4. Strictly Prohibited Content and Services

The following categories of content and services are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violations are subject to zero-tolerance enforcement, including immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

4.1 Sexual or Adult Content — Zero Tolerance

• •Pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind.
• •Nudity or sexually suggestive content, regardless of context or stated artistic intent.
• •Escorting, prostitution, solicitation of sexual services, or any related activity.
• •Any content created, distributed, or promoted with the intent to arouse sexual interest.

4.2 Exploitative or Illegal Content

• •Any content that involves, depicts, exploits, endangers, or is directed at minors in any capacity. This prohibition is absolute and admits no exceptions.
• •Non-consensual, coercive, or abusive material of any kind.
• •Content that facilitates, promotes, or is connected to human trafficking or exploitation.

4.3 Regulated or High-Risk Activities

• •Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
• •Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosive materials.
• •Gambling, sports betting, online lottery, or related services.
• •Counterfeit goods, fraudulent documentation, or misrepresented products or services.
• •Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing fraud, or other deceptive financial practices.

4.4 Payment Processor Restricted Activities

You may not use the Platform for any activity that violates the policies and terms of the Company's payment processing partners, including but not limited to Stripe, Inc. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

• •Unauthorized, deceptive, or structurally manipulated transactions.
• •High-risk or restricted business activities as defined by applicable payment processor policies.
• •Any transaction involving sanctioned individuals, entities, or geographic regions as designated by applicable law or regulation.

5. Platform Integrity and Security

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• •Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the operation or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, server, or network associated with the Platform.
• •Deploy bots, web scrapers, automated scripts, or any other automated tools in connection with the Platform without the Company's express prior written consent.
• •Circumvent, disable, or otherwise undermine any security, content moderation, or access control mechanism of the Platform.
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of the Platform.

6. User Responsibilities

Each User bears sole and exclusive responsibility for:

• •All conduct, activity, and communications undertaken through their account.
• •All content created, uploaded, distributed, or otherwise made available through the Platform.
• •Ensuring that all activities conducted on the Platform fully comply with this Policy, the Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations.

The Company's enforcement actions, including account suspension or termination, do not limit or discharge a User's independent legal obligations or liability arising from violations of this Policy.

7. Enforcement and Monitoring

My Persona reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to monitor content, communications, and transactions on the Platform for the purpose of ensuring compliance with this Policy and applicable law. In its sole and absolute discretion, the Company may:

• •Review, investigate, and take action with respect to any suspected violation of this Policy.
• •Remove or disable access to any content that violates or is suspected to violate this Policy, without prior notice.
• •Suspend or permanently terminate the account of any User who violates this Policy.
• •Report any unlawful, suspicious, or potentially harmful activity to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

The Company's exercise or failure to exercise enforcement rights under this section shall not waive or limit the Company's right to take action at any future time.

8. Payments and Risk Management

To comply with applicable financial regulations and the requirements of the Company's payment processing partners, the Company reserves the right to:

• •Delay, block, or reverse any transaction that is suspected to involve fraud, policy violations, or other irregularities.
• •Withhold or suspend payouts pending investigation or verification of compliance.
• •Require identity verification, additional documentation, or other information as a condition of continued access or payout release.

Failure to cooperate with any verification or compliance request may result in account suspension, termination, or forfeiture of funds to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Policy, whether actual or reasonably suspected, may result in one or more of the following actions, at the Company's sole discretion:

• •Immediate removal of any non-compliant content without prior notice.
• •Temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account and access to the Platform.
• •Forfeiture of any pending or accrued funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• •Civil legal action or referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

The Company's enforcement actions are cumulative and not mutually exclusive. The Company reserves the right to pursue all available legal and equitable remedies for violations of this Policy.

10. Updates to This Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of this Policy at any time in its sole and absolute discretion. When material changes are made, the Company will provide reasonable notice through the Platform or by other appropriate means. Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the posting of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically to remain informed of any changes.
